I didn't know Richard that well in person and only met him once. However, he seemed to me to be someone who carved out a life for himself doing the things he loved doing and that he was passionate about. Most of us would love to have the courage to do that, and it does take courage to step outside of the box and live the way you want to. If there is one consolation, t's that Richard loved his life, his family, his friend and companions. xx
